Our Team

The Dartmoor Teacher Training Partnership is led by a team of high experienced teachers and leaders from across Dartmoor Multi Academy Trust.

Haydon Biddle

​Haydon is responsible for Initial Teacher Training & Education (ITTE) at Holsworthy Community College. He is also an Assistant Principal.

Professor Michael Green

​Michael is the strategic lead for the Trust’s Initial Teacher Training & Education  provision. He has previously lead teacher training at two different universities. He is a visiting Professor at the University of Greenwich and Plymouth Marjon University.

Sally Huxen

​Sally leads the Dartmoor Teacher Training Partnership programmes for primary trainees. She is the Associate Principal at Okehampton Primary School.

ROB KELLY

Rob is responsible for Initial Teacher Training & Education (ITTE) at Okehampton College. He is also an Assistant Principal.

DEIRDRE PETERSEN

​Deirdre is a principal of two of our Trust schools – Exbourne Primary & Highampton Primary School. Deirdre has a keen interest in mentoring and is a visiting tutor at the University of Exeter.

PHIL RUSE

​Phil leads the Dartmoor Teacher Training Partnership programmes for secondary trainees. He is the Associate Vice Principal at Tavistock College.

SUZIE STEVENS

Suzie Stevens is the principal of St James’ School. She has a keen interest in early years education and supports with our primary 3-7 programme route.

CLAIRE KELLY

Claire works as part of our administrative team. She supports with our recruitment processes and the smooth running of our programmes.
